The airport zone is ideally positioned due to its strategic geographic location-a definite asset for any company wishing to set up business in the metropolitan area, specifically those in the exporting sector.

 

 

In addition to airport facilities and services, companies already onsite have direct access to the major highways (Highways 10, 20 and 30, and Routes 112 and 116) and public transit networks (buses and commuter trains) serving the South Shore and the metropolitan area. There is also a train station in the airport zone.

 

 

Développement Aéroport Saint-Hubert de Longueuil (DASH-L), owner/operator of Aéroport Montréal Saint-Hubert Longueuil (AMSL), has nearly 40 million sq. ft. of property at its disposal, 36 million sq. ft. of which is allocated to airport activities, specifically the runways and an operating zone.  

 

Property for rent - airport sector

DASH-L offers property for rent, with runway access. These properties are reserved for companies in the aviation sector. Airlines, cargo carriers, FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) companies are given preference because of the economic spin-offs they generate and the added value they bring to the airport.

 

 

 

And, since an airport terminal is vital to ensuring the operational efficiency of any airport's business development and commercial activities, DASH-L plans to build just such a terminal, which will be an additional asset for companies located onsite.
